| "We had a very nice stay. The lobby staff were very helpful and courteous. They did steer us to their own restaurants though. The site-seeing tour they recommended was very good. The fruit in the room was not very good, and the tea was not served very graciously. The US$376 rate you gave us was very good. We really appreciated your website. We liked the location of the hotel. The pool was relaxing, and we appreciated being able to use the Spa for showering for our late evening flight." |

| "Was disappointed that the 2nd room was not ready on our arrival and we had to wait at least half hour for it to be readied. Otherwise, a very pleasant and quiet stay, as usual.

| "What a fantastic hotel, I was blown away!!! I stayed at this hotel Dec 2004, for the last part of my honeymoon - I couldnt of expected more :o) Pacific Place Shopping Mall was directly below the hotel - how cool is that if you love shopping! Breakfast at the hotel was an experience not to be missed. My room was stunning, I didnt want to leave it, luxury all the way... I would definately come back to the hotel without hesitation :o) " |

| "THE place to stay in when visiting Hong Kong. Convenient to transporation, and the best service around. Very flexible and courteous staff. The only problems I had were with the elevators -- not enough elevators and slow. Also, even though I signed up for Golden Circle and was got a free "continental breakfast", I was charged for eating things that were not the standard danish and coffee. Not a big deal, but I wish I was told about it upfront. The breakfast buffet is excellent, though, with lots of variety and made to order items." |

| "My wife and I spent a wonderful week relaxing poolside and enjoying all of the ammenities this hotel had to offer. The spa treatments were first-rate, the quick access to the mall and other attractions was great. Recommend signing up free to become a Golden Circle member at the Shangri-la website first, then you become eligible for the free Continental Breakfast which is really outstanding. Will definitely stay at this or another Shangri-la property again" |

| "We couldn't have been pleased more with our choice. This is a truly 5-star hotel that provides top-notch service. The concierge and his staff are extremely helpful and courteous and come highly recommended. We would like to draw special attention to one staff member in particular: Albert, the health club attendant. He was very helpful and generous towards us during our stay and should be given consideration as an outstanding employee at the Shangri-La." |
