| "I have travelled extensively but have never found the level of service at the Mandarin Oriental hotel anywhere else in the world. Every aspect was excellent from meeting at airport and registration within the room to departure.Breakfast and afternoon tea with the famous rose petal jam was also excellent." |

| "Having not been able to return to the glorious Mandarin for some years, I wondered whether it too may have become a victim of its many years of service, the increased hectic pace of life now, and possibly tighter budgets. So, I was thrilled to bits to relive that wonderful welcome, extraordinary attention to detail so rare these days, and the calm, efficient ambience I met in every corner of the hotel. The business centre was excellent with superb, attentive staff, and the gift shop a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't want to stay in any other hotel in Hong Kong. " |
