| "Had booked a twin non smoking room on a high floor but were given a double smoking room on a lower floor. Saw reception immediately and room changed for what was originally booked and we were given an upgrade to a suite. Very nice 2 tv's and internet. Good breakfast and they will make an omelette or pancakes for you if you request. The only real fault with this hotel is that there is no lounge area to sit after giving up your room whilst waiting for pickup back to the airport. They could open up the bar area where there is seating. The transfers to and from the airport were very good and you do not have to prebook when arriving at Hong Kong airport just go to the desk for Metropark Hotel." |

| "The hotel is great for what you paid, location is very convenient, 5 minutes to MTR. The pool on the roof top is really nice. foods are good, the buffet is excellent, specially if you are senior, you only pay kids's price,when we asked for the check, they give another 30% off as we are guest of the hotel.
The only thing I wanted to complain is that I could not find the clock and only one chair for 2 people." |

| "The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a standard room - comfortable and clean, good shower, but small for a couple with 4 large cases. Most rooms were much larger than ours (and more expensive).
The breakfast was varied -eastern and western - good quality, with attentive staff. We prefer not to have musak everywhere, from lobby to restaurant.
We had a long wait between vacating our room and leaving for the airport at 7pm. The weather was terrible so we were unable to go out. There was nowhere comfortable to sit except for business travellers prepared to pay extra for the privilege.
The location in Causeway Bay is close to the MTR and Victoria Park." |

| "we had not visited Hong Kong before but we expected the room,breakfast and comfort levels to be far poorer than we recieved as space is known to be at a premium . our next hotel was more what we expected for what we paid small rooms small bathroom but evrywhere was very clean" |
