| "I absolutely like your hotel. Since I have so many people coming to Hong Kong, I will definitely recommend to people about your hotel. However the deal I got this time through Asia rooms.com, I hope I can get same deal directly.
Best,

| "The hotel is of great location. Very near the shopping area and MTR. Good food nearby too. Heard from my friend who resides in that area there's a "Mak's noodle" who sell great tasting Wantan noodle. :) I would definitely stay there again for my next shopping trip! The room is big enough for 3 adults & 1 kid comfortably. Too bad it was raining for the 2 days i was there, or i would definitely go for a swim at the roof top swimming pool." |

| "When we arrive @ 3pm the room wasn't ready. We were told to come back 2 hours later. When we came back 2 hours later - it was still not ready. We need to wait for another 15 minutes." |

| "I last used this hotel back in 1999 when I was working for my previous company and Regal HK was the company's corporate hotel. It was surely good that time. However this time it feels more rundown (understandably). However, the complaints that I have will mostly be about the service I received. I booked clealy a non-smoking room, but when I checked in (after a 2 hr delay in Shanghai airport tarmac, so I was not in the best of moods) they told me I can only get smoking room. That after they made me wait 15 minutes for the check in (during which there was only 1 guest in front of me - so the service was slow).
What's more irritating is that after I took the key to my now smoking room, another guest also yelled in disgust because of the same reason as mine (smoking vs non smoking room). They gave him an upgrade to get him to smoking room. So I went back and politely asked them to change my room to a smoking room. Well, they wouldn't because I've already accepted my keys.
Maybe it's my fault not to yell and be impolite, but I was so tired that I decide to just retire to my very smelly room. What I'm certain is, that kind of service will not get them my business anymore, nor my recommendation. So long for Regal." |

| "Nowaday most of the hotel provided free Internet service, but as a five stars hotel need to charge for Internet fee, I think this should not be as a five stars hotel service. " |

| "I was travelling alone, so it was very important to me to have somewhere that felt safe as well as comfortable. I thought the hotel was great. The OTT glitzy decor is quite cute and funky and the room was spotless and comfortable - and not too small. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from Chinese bazaars as well as lovely western shops and there a lots of places to eat very close by. I thought the hotel breakfast was too expensive, but that's my only qualm about the hotel. It's close to transport across the city and the concierge staff were exactly as helpful as they should have been. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable base in Hong Kong." |

| "the hotel is expensive by world standards, but on top of that it charges for every little service, for instance it charges a very expensive rate for internet access. I do not understand why budget hotels give you free internet access and luxury hotels charge you for it." |
