| "Appreciate the staff's upgrade of hotel room to deluxe. However, service from the hotel staff (apart from the front-desk) was generally very cold and impersonal. The concierge was not helpful. My family (with a young child in tow) was due to take a shuttle to the hong kong station via a free shuttle and the concierge without offering to help, told us to wait with our luggage outside the hotel's main entrance. Such service considering my 4-nights stay at the hotel was simply unacceptable!" |

| "After i checked into the hotel, the hotel counter staff claimed that the travel agency has not made the payment to them and demanded i to pay again after i have already paid the full amount on asiarooms.com. a lot of time is wasted to sort out the issue and only after i threatened to file a complain at the office of tourism the issue is finally resolved.
while trying to resolve the issue, i tried to make 2 international calls to my son who helped me book the rooms. the calls, even though they are not connected successfully, are still charged by the hotel (about 150 hongkong dollars). the hotel calls it the administration charge. i find this very unreasonable.
the facilities and location of the hotel is okay. but i may not want to stay in the same hotel again." |

| "The hotel is of great location. Very near the shopping area and MTR. Good food nearby too. Heard from my friend who resides in that area there's a "Mak's noodle" who sell great tasting Wantan noodle. :) I would definitely stay there again for my next shopping trip! The room is big enough for 3 adults & 1 kid comfortably. Too bad it was raining for the 2 days i was there, or i would definitely go for a swim at the roof top swimming pool." |

| "When we arrive @ 3pm the room wasn't ready. We were told to come back 2 hours later. When we came back 2 hours later - it was still not ready. We need to wait for another 15 minutes." |
