| "Excellent hotel especially if you are attending an exhibition - less than 3 mins walk to halls. Check in very efficient, and I upgraded to Club Floor Room which is well worth doing for the added extras ( bargain with them on rate).
Swimming pool excellent
Ate in the Italian restaurant one night - food superb, one of the best Italian meals I have had.

| "Though it was noisy due to the renovations, my daughter loved the room size which despite having the extra bed was still enough to run about in. The location was good as restaurants, convenience shops and the halal restaurants were within walking distance. The view though partially blocked by the work on the pier was still calming and peaceful." |

| "Great Hotel, easy access to area. Although some work going on when we stayed, the staff informed us, and we did not see or hear anything from it. Booked a garden view room, and were lucky enough to get upgraded to harbour view. Stunning views towards North Point and Kowloon side. The Wan Chai ferry is just below, so easy to get to Kowloon. Have stayed in a few places in HK, and this always feels good and breakfast.....well you could east til lunch with such a selection and choice. Enjoy.." |

| "On arrival I found the high ceiling in the entrance appealing though the appearance of the escalator as a major feature was not attractive in the foyer.
I found the room very clean and well appointed. It was not a large room and the bathroom was on the small side but very nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area though in terms of alcohol there was only wine which I was amazed about. So many non alcoholic cocktails were available but no alcoholic ones. All we wanted to do was relax and we could not get a nice cocktail.
We had our young son with us and it was great to have the playground there though the grass was too long.
My only other feedback would be when we went for breakfast there was no natural light and it felt really enclosed and not what you feel like to wake you up for the day. An area that opens onto an outdoor terrace or simply to have windows to the outside would be much nicer as it made me feel sleepy under the dull flouro lights." |

| "It's a Marriott hotel so standards are excellent as you would expect. Rooms are becoming a little tired, but spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, close to all amenities. The Star Ferry terminal is just across the road and the MTR is a 5 minute walk. Take a Harbour View room and a high floor. The views are fantastic. " |

| "There was 24 hour construction work on the HK Convention centre next door. Not ideal when you are suffering jet lag. Luckily I had my ear plugs with me ! Otherwise its a nice hotel and very close to the star ferry so just a short walk. The rooms were brand new and nice big LCD TV's however would not stay here again until construction work finished which could be next year unless could get a room on other side of the hotel. " |

Service is also very good. in some rooms on the higher floors you can also have a very good view if the weather is fine." |
