| "Location fantastic very close to the ferries and harbour.We booked a garden room which was much cheaper and still saw a bit of the harbour.The building site next door really wasn't a problem and we were not disturbed.
The breakfast was of a standard one would expect of this class of hotel as were the rooms but nothing fantastic or bad.I would stay here again." |

| "Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at Renaissance Harbor View hotel, the service, facilities, amenities and the location is everything what we have expected in order for us to have a perfect holiday. Having our booking done over asiarooms.com is a perfect decission especially for us in which its our first time to visit Hongkong. The factors that were described in their site regarding the hotel, facilities and its location which helps us to decide in choosing where to stay are the ones that we perfectly had when we reach the hotel. We will definetly gonna be using asiarooms.com again and we are highly recommending it to all the tourist especially for first timers who still has no idea of the country that they'll be visiting." |

| "Unfortunately, we were disappointed from the word go with this hotel. Checking proved to be a long and complicated procedure. Felt the front desk service was poor. They were unfriendly. Got to the room and disappointed again with the age. Room definitely needs renovation. It is starting to look very old and tired. Our pacakage came with breakfast - which was ok but again we were disappointed with the service. For the price that we paid, we were extremely disappointed. We then checked out and moved to the Marriot on the same side of the Island. Although the Marriot was more expensive than this hotel, it was definitely worth it for both the room we got and the service we received. It was a pleasure moving out of the Renaissance. Also, Marriot was closer to the MTR. So location wise much better. Definitely will not be staying here again. " |

| "Excellent hotel especially if you are attending an exhibition - less than 3 mins walk to halls. Check in very efficient, and I upgraded to Club Floor Room which is well worth doing for the added extras ( bargain with them on rate).
Swimming pool excellent
Ate in the Italian restaurant one night - food superb, one of the best Italian meals I have had.
Conceirge very helpful." |
