| "The Wharney is a low cost hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room size, amenities and facilities were adequate (but good for the price). We would certainly choose the Wharney again when staying in Hong Kong." |

| "The hotel was "overall" for the price very satisfactory. The only issue I had was related to my enquiry regarding the billing...you see I screwed up on the time frame due to international travel and paid for the first night, the 20th when in fact I arrived on the 21st and still required three nights. Soooo I needed an additional night. First I was quoted twice what I originally paid. Then some one else quoted me about 80% more. Simply, there was very little concern over my predicament and no attempts whatsoever to give me a reasonable rate for the third night. For this reason I would not likely stay there again as it is all about business and not about service.

| "Overall good value accomodation. Ideally located on the island for shopping and getting around. Some rooms are small and tired - however if you can get one of the good size rooms, it is all pretty good. Front desk staff are a bit ordinary, however concierge (Tony in particular) and porters are really helpful. We have stayed there before and will again." |

| "This is my second visit to this hotel in Wanchai , the Warney Guang Dong is superb, very modern, very clean, and actually a very high standard of everything. The room size is plenty big enough for a UK boy like me, the bathroom was great, big, clean, well equipped, and staff were excellent and the location is top notch too.
Highly recommended A+++++++++++++++" |

| "We enjoyed our stay at the Wharney Dong and found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The position of the hotel was v. good being close to the Metro and the old part of Hong Kong.We had one concern as my wife is a Coeliac and cannot eat Wheat so we did have a problem with eating in the hotel but we were able to find suitable restaurants nearby. We had a problem with a hard matress on the bed but having mentioned it to reception it was solved within half an hour." |

| "It cost slightly more than L'Hotel but was not as good. Nothing was by any means unacceptable, but if I were going to HK again, I would choose L'Hotel over this one, which is why I say probably not use again. The restaurant was better than expected for breakfast; the information said they had a Chinese restaurant and a Japanese restaurant, but the latter had a buffet with an international offering." |
