We had a wonderful stay (2days)and didnt have any problem checking in. Concierge was helpful and informative. The shuttle bus came in handy especially when you are travelling with children as the trip to town via MTR was a bit tiring for young children as it was a bit of a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
