Would I stay at this location

Absolutely!
This Hotel s virtually brand new and has been opened only a matter of weeks. The decor of the rooms is wonderful and the room size great. Ths is an ultra modern and large facility. I arrived in Hong Kong having booked accomodation on line to be met at the door by attentive and courteous concierge staff who whisked my luggage away and left me to find the reception area alone, my bags disappeared for some time while I checked in. The check in staff were professional and very welcoming, the process was good and there appears to be some minor "teething" problems, perhaps better communication between the concierge staff and front may assist. I was escorted to my room by the disapearing concierge after being summoned by the reception staff. My room was on the 33rd floor with a fabulous Harbour view from a spacious and very comfortable room. The decor and appointments in the rooms was very good and the bathroom has to be one of the best I have experienced in hotels, stunning design and concept with a full size free standing bath, glass wall, separate roomy shower and wc. The towels large and soft. The room had two king sized beds, table and chairs, wall mounted flat screen TV, ADSL cable and good desk space. The included breakfast was superb but could perhaps have a little more western style breakfast food available. The restaurants provided top class cuisine, but I was disappointed that the Hotel is yet to have it's liquor license granted. The view from the dining room on the 41st level is superb as is the downward view through the glass floor over the void between the two towers, wow. I would have liked to enjoy such great food with a glass of wine to compliment it. I am amazed that such a world class hotel would open without having a liquor license in place. Also a disappointment for me that there was absolutely no tourist information available in the rooms or in the room compendium. My time was limited in Hong Kong and I did waste some of it seeking information regarding tourist activities. Although the Hotel staff were very helpful many had little of no understanding of what was available for tourists. The concierge department as in all good hotels had some insight into such thing but was limited. Language was not a problem and many staff spoke good english, service was very good. My room was service daily and I noticed that some of the flat surfaces were not being cleaned or dusted daily, especially the unique solid glass desk top where my finger prints were visible for three days where I worked on my computer. Overall a great hotel to stay in, perhaps a little overpriced considering it is a little "out of the way" for many of Hong Kong's attractions. A transit centre for both bus and train is about 500 metres from the front door as is a high speed ferry, I found the best was the MTR subway as train travel in Hong Kong is excellent. I am sure as time passes the teething problems will be dealt with and the operation smoother, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want a comfortable hotel stay.

"My Wife, Daughter & I stayed at this Beautiful hotel for 3 days. The hotel is right in the heart of Tsuen Wan. Its a 7 - 10 min walk to the MTR station. A mall & a market is right next to it for your food needs. The Tsuen Wan park is beside the hotel. The staff was Courteous,Polite & Proffessional. Our request for early check in & late check out were accomodated immediately. I would recommend this hotel to friends & family."

"I have stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times over the past two or three years. The hotel is located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories. I would say that although the location is not as convenient as those on Nathan Road, you can get to "downtown" Kowloon in about 30 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest MTR station and another 20 minutes or so to go to Tsim Sha Tui. Compared to other 4 or 5 start hotels in Kowloon, the rooms of L Nina are huge, and the view overlooking Tsing Yi Island is fantastic! This is a new hotel, the rooms are nice and clean. To users of Asiarooms.com, remember to ask for a "corner room" where you have windows on two sides (facing East and South). YOu won't regret! A little disappointment is that there is no gym or swimming pool in this hotel (at least at the point of this writing)...but you are only paying 1/2 or 2/3 of the prices of those in Kowloon or HK Island. "We stayed at the L'Hotel Nina for a total of 7 or so days from late May to June. We were satisfied with the hotel overall even though facilities such as gym, swimming pools, and additional restaurants were not yet available for use. The hotel's main lobby lacks couches/sofas and restrooms, although there are "seats" made of stones or man-made marbles. I have also suggested to the front desk to include wastebaskets in this area. The hotel is new so everything is clean. The internet is free of charge and is available in the lobby. The two queen-size beds in the room is a treat, which most hotels in HK don't offer in standard rooms. Our room was upgraded and had a great view of the ocean. Some may find the location of the hotel far from financial districts, but public transportation is very convenient and easy to figure out in HK. Accordingly, the hotel will be completed in all phases in 2009; hopefully it will not cost (too much) more to stay there next year than what we had paid -- we booked our room online and got a fairly good deal. Although we did not have time to explore other part of the hotel, we feel the hotel deserves a 4 out of 5 rating from us. Thank you for reading. "
