"Hotel looks very nice in the website than how it really looks. Room was small and definitely fell short of my expectation. It does not seem to be like a four star hotel."

"I like to stay at Panda Hotel...there are shops below the hotel...and the hotel price is reasonable"

"I was very much pleased with my stay at the Panda Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family."

"Really nice hotel and great value, the staff were very helpful and always made the effort to help even when it was obvious they were busy. Hotel is located in the New territories so not picture postcard HK but good shopping and plenty of good restaurants. Great transport links with bus, taxis and underground. Good price for the facilities, including a rooftop pool. It seems to be geared towards business users but is a bargain for all travelers. However not the most romantic location if you need that sort of thing. If I am in the area again I will be staying."

"This was value for money. The room was clean though the bathroom was at 80%. It is close to the airport and is easily accessible to the Tsing-Yi Airport express station. Very satisfied with my stay. "

"Though the hotel is situated at the second last stop of the MTR, they provide free shuttle bus service to hotel guests to TST and Mong Kok and it really very convenient rather than taking MTR. Upon reaching the hotel, I was surprise that they actually upgraded me to a Deluxe Room at the executive level. The room was really beautiful comparable to Pan Pacific hotel In Singapore. The housekeeping service was good, whenever i return to the room after a day of shopping, i am very glad to see the room neatly tidied and clothes which i threw on the bed neatly folded. Some of the staff there were a bit unfriendly probably we speak different language but there're of coz nice ones too. Apart from that, there's shopping centre in the hotel building itself with shops like SaSa, nice congee restaurant ( the congee is very delicious ), etc. Well, last but not least I will reccomend it to those who wan to find a budget hotel and nice environment."

"The hotel is very far from the city center. You have to spend a lot of time and money to see what is really touristic in the city. The reception personel are  rude. The swiming pool is great. "

"The Panda hotel gives excellent value of money. It is a good place to stay for 2 to 3 days and is well connected with the city. However the staff is quite rude, specially the bell desk and the room service. Drinking water is not provided even when it is asked for in the rooms. They say that they can only get me mineral water which will be charged for or else I boil water on my own and drink that steaming hot water."
