"It was good experience to stay at Regal RiverSide Hotel. The room are big and clean and the service was good. They are up-grading their facilities and I think by end of the year, they will have more model facilities in the office. "

"Not a bad stay overall. Would be good if hotel provides a free shuttles to/from the Shatin KCR Station. Its a 10 minutes walk / 1 station bus ride to the KCR Station (approx HK$4.00 pp OW) The hotel lobby is quite noisy with a lot of Chinese tourit hanging around there at all times. "

"It is a good value. I like the convenient to reach many parts of Kowloon by public transit."

"Great if you are wanting a good clean place close to the track, a long way from the hustle and bustle of main Hong Kong, so only really suitable if you are wanting to stay in SHATIN.. The shopping centre there was MASSIVE!!! so if you like shopping, this place could be for you"

"Overall value for money on HK standard, not able to find similar room with this rate in HK island. My room come with large LCD TV !!! Good location for food too. Short distance to good Ding Sum place, not far from train station to mainland China. Shuttle bus service available (not sure how much HK$) to/from airport and Disneyland Resort Station and other Regal Hotel. I will stay there again :-)"

"This is the second time i have stayed in this hotel, the first time was great free shuttle to and from hotel to kowloon, this time have to pay $20 which does not state in any time table the carpets in need of a desprate attendtion. The beds are very comfortable overall the hotel is o.k but will not stay agsin,"

"Room size was great for family. I had a 3-bed room (1 queen and 2 singles) for 3 adults and a toddler. However, even though I was on a non-smoking floor, other guests were smoking in their rooms and the carpets were old. Location was the biggest set back. The hotel has shuttle service to TsimShaTsui for an additional fee at every 1 1/2 hr but it was not convenient enough. If you're trying to experience all of Hong Kong, I would recommend staying at the Kowloon or HK island areas. "

"Too noise during the night due to late arrival of some other tourists, in particular those from China."

"Value of money is very high! Room was quite good enough. Location of the hotel is little bit far from the downtown but I had a comfortable stay at that hotel!! Highly recommended!"
