| "The hotel gives you a kettle and two cups but no coffee, tea, milk or sugar - how mean is that? they save a few cents only and annoy the guests.
Also I think HKD 100 per day for slow internet access is expensive.
Apart from that, the rest of the hotel and facilities were fine. " |

| "The room was surprisingly spacious for a Hong Kong hotel! It was also conveniently attached to a large shopping complex which in turn was linked to the train and bus station making it exploring all parts of Hong Kong extremely accessible!
Please note, although there is a kettle and cups in the room, there are no portions of tea bags/coffee, milk and sugar, so if you like to have a cuppa in your room, you'll have to take your own supplies.
All in all, it was a fantastic hotel in a great location and staff was helpful and friendly.
We would definately stay again!" |

| "The hotel is connected to a big shoping mall so if need anything there is always places to get it near by. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. The room has sofa area, dest area, big flat screen tv and you have everything you need if you wanted to chill in the room. We had a great stay and will probably stay here when we go back to HK." |

| "A very good hotel away from the confines and confusion of Kowloon. Near to the bus station and the railway station so no problems to get to any part of the city including the island. Ideal for trips to the outer parts of the NT. especially Sai Kung and the small outer islands. Transit to the airport from the hotel is by limo only if you require an early flight departure. Though in the middle of Shatin and the Plaza area the hotel is quiet in relation to street sounds. The hotel has a very good reputation with the local population." |

| "I stayed at the Royal Park in March 2008. It is situated in the New Terrortaries of Hong Kong which is about half an hour from Kowloon, which is why I chose this particular hotel. Hong Kong is full of hussle and bussle and to retreat to the hotel with a park literally around the corner was a welcome. The hotel have a shuttle bus (takes half an hour) approx every hour into Kowloon which made getting around extremely easy, although the train is only about 5 minutes away walk away. There are plenty of shopping malls around the hotel with many restaurants of varying pricing levels. Having said there are plenty of shopping malls the hotel itself is a very peaceful place. I was on the 13th floor and heard no noise from anywhere. The hotel far exceeded some hotels I have stayed in for the price in terms of room size, cleanliness, staff etc. The hotel can arrange collection from the airport ($140 HK) which was a very smooth transition. I would definately stay again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel " |
