Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
I stayed at the Royal Park in March 2008. It is situated in the New Terrortaries of Hong Kong which is about half an hour from Kowloon, which is why I chose this particular hotel. Hong Kong is full of hussle and bussle and to retreat to the hotel with a park literally around the corner was a welcome. The hotel have a shuttle bus (takes half an hour) approx every hour into Kowloon which made getting around extremely easy, although the train is only about 5 minutes away walk away. There are plenty of shopping malls around the hotel with many restaurants of varying pricing levels. Having said there are plenty of shopping malls the hotel itself is a very peaceful place. I was on the 13th floor and heard no noise from anywhere. The hotel far exceeded some hotels I have stayed in for the price in terms of room size, cleanliness, staff etc. The hotel can arrange collection from the airport ($140 HK) which was a very smooth transition. I would definately stay again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

"staff were very friendly asked to change room as the first one was too samll, they agreed to change without any problem but on the next day as the date we arrived there wer booked up. Location was great the hotel was jointed to a shopping mall convenice if it rains plus the kcr is close by."

"Location is a bit 'out of the way' as you would need a bit of travelling to Kowloon and HK side. It would be good location for families as they have shopping, supermarket, foodcourts, restaurants and a large Snoopy playground, all located just next to Hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and the room is spacious and very clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay! "

"Although my stay was very short, it was a good experience; hotel is well maintained, very friendly and really good to stay at. The staff speaks good English (which I believe should be the case in most hotels in HK, but is not the case for most hotels in China) and is very helpful. Hotel is located right next to the shopping center which makes shopping and dining very convenient, yet (not too large) rooms are silent and enjoyable. The hotel offers a Video-On-Demand features if you wish to watch a movie (haven't tried), but the choice is quite limited; last, but not least - i don't exactly think this is a hotel of choice for a romantic trip - much better for business trips or just traveling. Two things I missed were Internet access and.. an iron to make my clothes look any better after unpacking my bags; still, I believe this could be arranged, if you need one. "

"The hotel gives you a kettle and two cups but no coffee, tea, milk or sugar - how mean is that? they save a few cents only and annoy the guests. Also I think HKD 100 per day for slow internet access is expensive. Apart from that, the rest of the hotel and facilities were fine. "

"The location of the hotel is ideal for me. The train station is just a short walk through the shopping center. The staffs are helpful with any information and assistance request."
