"I can not praise the hotel and the service enough. From the moment we arrived we felt most welcome. We had arrived early in the morning and thought we would have to wait to check-in in the afternoon but, graciously, were told we could have our room upon arrival. This made the rest of our day much more enjoyable since we could clean up and relax a little before our tour. The staff was extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. this certainly gave us a positive opinion of Hong Kong! "

"This was an excellent hotel with a great location and very impressive service through the whole hotel. The location is convenient to metro stop and area markets and hotel staff is very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions etc. The free internet access was a great plus and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"I had a deluxe room located on the 17th floor, the first impression that i had when i reach my room was "so small". But the room was very neat and clean. The hotel itself was very convenient as it was near shopping areas and MTR. And i must mention that the hotel personnel are all very helpful and polite."

Comments: Hotel room seems smaller than what i used to stay. Facilities have aged but nevertheless a good hotel to stay. Location is great. Baby cot was a disappointment. Very old and broken. I was hoping to find a nice baby cot like those offered in Singapore hotel. Not really value for money. A bit too expensive.
