I know I was in the wrong hotel when the Hotel Shuttle driver vary few people book this hotel because of its locale to the main street and public transit. He never been inside the hotel and he can't comment to the facilities. The lobby seems inviting but when the staff told me the internet will not be available(not temperary, but permenate)this is the first strike but I rely that info from the web. I got in to the elevator and it was small and slow to get me to the eleven floor. As soon as I walked out the elevator door, the heat overwhelmed me because the floor is not air condition. I walked onto the hallway which is around four feet wide painted in sickly yellow with dorm like door on both sides. no picture no decor. Is bad. I entered the room and it
is nothing like the room I saw on the web with a tv siting on a make shift stand. (no remote) thank god there is a air condition unit in the window and a sink. I think this hotel is good for single student on a budget but the price has to reflect that.$47 US for this room is too much. somewhere is the $20 will be resonable. The room is clean but I will never never stay there again

no wifi, internet use by far to expensive, helpful and friendly service at reception." |

| "We enjoyed our stay, the room was perfectly acceptable and if I were to make a comment it is that I personly found the bed a little too firm for my old bones. The walk to the mtr was a little long again for seniors, but it kept us fit!.I don't know if you want comments on the restaurant but we found it excellent value for money and very good service, perfect after a day of shopping to not have to go out again.

| "It is conveniently located just off Waterloo Road where buses are plenty. It is laos about 15 minutes walk from the nearest MTR stations Monk Kok and Yoa Ma Tei from where you can reach any location in Hong Kong. It is situated on a hill and could provide a challenge to those adverse to walking. It is situated amongst local high rise apartments and locals have no problems walking to and fro. There is also an abundance of cabs driving by and you would not have to wait more than a few minutes for one. Being away from the crowds, it is very quiet and yet close to al the amenities.
It is an older building, but clean, neat and quiet. Don't expect anything fancy" |

| "It is a good location, as walk way to MRT is near and easier to get taxi. Nearer to the hotel can easily get the restaurant in having breakfast & dinner. The staff over there is helpful & friendly. " |
