| "This hotel is quite ideal for traveller that have only tight budget, as it have most you need in your travel, however the location for this hotel is slightly out-of-the-way, which sometimes its hard for a new visitor to reach there for the 1st time, it will be easier if they add their location map in their website/room confirmation slip. " |

| "The room is quite big but the location of the hotel is too far away from the MTR station. We have to spend 15 minutes to walk to the MTR station everyday. Other than the distance to the MTR station, there are no major concerns during the stay." |

| "The place is huge, So forget your idea of "Guest House"
As they deal with many people the service, particularly the Welcome is poor. I didn't get a smile. Neither on the check out. The staff are very moody. Watch out for the lift only one for 16 floors. The Design of the reception si nice. Rooms are clean, but look very old. and poor quality forniture,.
I wouldn't recomend it. " |

| "Location is far away from food outlets, shopping centres. The nearest MRT is simply too far away ( A good 15 to 20 minutes walk )A good exercise to walk up the steep, unsheltered slope.
Counter service is friendly.
There wasn't much facilities. The cafe is only for members ( As stated on the door ) " |
