I had stayed in a no-facilities double bedroom in Anne Black for 2 nights. In general, I enjoyed my stay and was surprized to find some facilities inside. I thought there will be no facilities at all. But I have to say the tv is quite old. There were few channels to choose. Aside from that, I found the communal bathroom very clean and the beddings were well-organized and sanitized.. Good job for that! I just hope there will be free drinking water and slippers inside the room next time.
The receptionists look stiff but very responsive.
The location is accessible to MTR and train station.

| "This hotel is quite ideal for traveller that have only tight budget, as it have most you need in your travel, however the location for this hotel is slightly out-of-the-way, which sometimes its hard for a new visitor to reach there for the 1st time, it will be easier if they add their location map in their website/room confirmation slip. " |

| "The room is quite big but the location of the hotel is too far away from the MTR station. We have to spend 15 minutes to walk to the MTR station everyday. Other than the distance to the MTR station, there are no major concerns during the stay." |
