Overall, the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean, excellent view for both rooms (we rented 2). Kids love the glass bathrooms and egging me to build one for each of them in our house!
The hotel was overbooked during our check in and we have to wait two hours to get our rooms. Quite bad when you need a hot shower and need to rest your back and legs. We considered this not a set back and used the waiting time to explore the neighborhood. The staff facilitated and keep our baggages under their watchful eyes. To our surprise we have a very nice adjacent rooms we wanted when we returned.
Staff were extremely efficient and helpful despite the rows & rows of clients queuing to get their attention.
We plan to go back very soon. My wife & kids enjoyed their stay.

| "It is a well located hotel. We were a little bit dissappointed with the arrangement of our room on the first night. We requested king size bed room and were given two single bed room. However this was quickly rectify for the following nights. We were happy with the arrangement. Apart from this, everything went well. I would most likely back to here again as it is very convenient for traveller. " |

| "The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. They helped us with all of our concerns. The room are small but VERY CLEAN as well as the bathroom. They should have more family rooms though. The hotel was very accessible to all kinds of transportation especially the MTR. The Airport shuttle bus, services the hotel. What a convenience! Nathan Road was just a 5 minute walk. There are many reasonably priced restaurants within the area. We would definitely consider staying here again and will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives." |

| "Overall, my family and I were pleased with our reservations. Room and bathroom were spotless and despite a smoking room/floor, there was no smell whatsoever of anyone smoking, previously or presently, in the whole floor nor of our room! Our only complaint is the room/bathroom size is extremely small and we practically lived out of our suitcases, which also was squeezed into corners in the room! Service by the front staff was excellent as they were very courteous and acceded to all our requests(late checkout at 3pm; 2 double bunk-bed room(=4 single beds) in place of a triple sharing room! Also, breakfast could've been better if they alternated a different selection at least every other or every 2 days. We stayed for 5d4n and each day we had the same breakfast. Location is not too bad, very near Jordan MTR and a short walk to Nathan Road. Good choice for a budget trip!" |
