"Room & toilet was very small, Not really very near to the mrt in Mongkok about 20mins walk. Near to olympic stop 10 mins walk. Nearby industrial. Hotel staff not very customer orientated. We book to have internet access. the use was not a smooth one lot of jam & error. Hotel staff was called up during midnight. Was aware of the case. But guess he did not inform so day shift was not aware. During check out they make us pay the full amt we were furious. All our stuff was packed and we are rushing for somewhere else. The baby was crying none stop. And the front desk fat man with specs. Insist we make payment for the internet which we are unable to use. My husband dared him if we take out our laptop and still cannot use is he going to compensate us. He keep mum. and continue to ask us to pay. VERY BAD SERVICE.. How much can an internet connection cost? when the customer's baby is crying to badly and he still looking for trouble. "

"The staff were helpful, they allowed us to check in early. The hotel is about 5mins to the Olympic train station, but if you are willing to walk, you could get to Mongkok (Nathan St) in 20mins. The rooms were clean, a little small and didn't have much of a view, but we didn't spend that much in the rooms. Overall it was a good place to stay if you don't want to spend too much."

"Take note that this hotel has changed its name to Dorsett Kowloon Hotel instead of Dorsett Olympics Hotel. The hotel is about 10 mins away from Olympics MTR station. You can get lost easily as the way to this hotel is not easy to find if it is your first time to HK. If you are taking the airport express to kowloon airport station,Do wait for the hotel's hourly shuttle bus at the kowloon airport station instead. Remember to ask for the timing and pickup point. It will save you lots of hassle. Stayed here for 4 days. Service is good. Staffs were polite and helpful. Most hotels in HK are small so it is common to see it in this hotel too. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Toilet is even smaller but adequate. It is a little way off from Mongkok and the MTR but the hotel has shuttle bus on hourly basis to bring guests to mongkok station, yau ma tei, kowloon airport station and back to hotel which i find it a great complimentary. Not meant for honeymoon couples or family with kids as there is no room for kids to walk around much. On the whole, I am happy staying here. "
