| "The room is so small. I feel like staying in a jail room. Probably jail room is also bigger then this.After my luggage fit into the room, me and my wife have no free space to walk and need to cross over the luggage to reach onto the bed. Bed also not comfortable and lighting is bad as well.
With this type of room charges, I think not value for it." |

| "After reading so many comments previously,i was very prepared what kind of room i'm getting.However,it really wasn't that bad at all.I'm a regular traveller to Japan and many other parts of asia.Believe me,this hotel is not as bad as what most people commented.I had stayed in much more smaller room.The only thing i dislike is the TV channel,mostly china program,No CNN or english news,only 1 channel with local news.But again,my husband and I were on vocation,so we were out until after midnite most of the time.Location is good for shopping,nite market and nite supper.But was quite hard to locate when we first came from airport,we took bus A21,direct from airport,the fare was really cheap.If you travel light and a bit adventurous,you will locate the hotel after 10mins of asking around and searching." |

| "Nice and friendly Staff, but very small room and a night mare as bathroom -like a puppetroom -.But the location is very good.50 HKD + Tax for the breakfast is for Hong Kong OK.Nothing to complain about that.Bus stop to the Airport,direkt from the Hotel every hour 100 HKD. Very nice ride, not all the steps to the Subway with our luggage." |

| "The room service is quite good. The cleaners will make sure that the room is clean by the time i came back from shopping. The room is quite small though. Kept causing me to hit on my luggade and the size of the room is too small. i had nowhere to move about. My friend even complained that if both of us were to walk together, we will bang onto each other. we always had to be careful when the two of us walk side by side. i had requested for non smoking room online but i don't think i was given one because i can still smell cigarette and even saw the butt at the lift dustbin. Overall, the facilities are not really good in terms of room size, or the service from the staffs of the lobby. " |

| "room was much too small no place to put luggage double bed was against the wall and hard for the other person to get out of the bed without climbing over the other person. No safe in room. no bottled water given. The only good thing about this hotel it was close to jade and night market. The hotel lobby was very small and not enought sitting areas." |

| "There really isn't much of a seaview, contrary to the hotel's name. Rooms are small, but clean and adequate. Location is fabulous, with many eateries nearby. The MTR is a very short walk away. Noise from the karaoke may be disturbing if you stay too near to that floor and intend to sleep earlier. I am a night owl so it didn't bother me. " |
