As I had expected the rooms to be small, it did not come as a surprise when I opened the room door. However, it is well located with MTR just around the corner and many eateries and Temple Street market steps away. But you must have patience with the lift, which is small (can hardly fit 4 adults with luggage) and takes a REALLY long time for the lifts. I had to wait for 4 rounds before I could take the lift at times!

| "The lobby manager by the name of Tomy is very friendly and helpful. He always puts on a smile and is very patient in listening to queries and gave very good advice. The reception and cashier counter staff are not as helpful as Tomy. They are rather impatient and not very willing to listen and help.
I might now stay at this hotel again because there isn't any shopping around the area and it's at the corner angle of the road with a lot of very unpleasant people walking around. Besides the nearest MTR station is not that near to the hotel. But if you're a budget traveller then you can consider this hotel." |

| "The room is so small. I feel like staying in a jail room. Probably jail room is also bigger then this.After my luggage fit into the room, me and my wife have no free space to walk and need to cross over the luggage to reach onto the bed. Bed also not comfortable and lighting is bad as well.
With this type of room charges, I think not value for it." |
