It was a last minute trip for us and we stayed here as we did not have a choice; most hotels were full due to the Toy & Stationery Fairs. (Advice: Book your rooms early if its a peak period! ) The location of the hotel to the MTR is excellent; walking distance of only 5 minutes. Its also near to Kowloon MTR, the Airport Express train station.
The staff speak & understand English, a boost for non-Cantonese/Mandarin speaking visitors. The room has hot water and is clean.
The downside - the room is very, very small. There is hardly any floor space to move around after we lined up our 2 small pull bags along the wall! The mattress is really hard and the pillows are too flat. My husband and I suffered back & neck aches after our 2 nights here.
Overall, its ok for a budget hotel. However, I would not recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere else to stay. Serves you well if you only need to sleep & shower. Don't have higher expectations than that.
