We stayed at the Eaton Hotel Jan14/07. Booked two rooms for an overnight. The airline we where travelling was advertising a special for executive rooms at the same rate we had payed. We where travelling with a great deal of luggage and the registration was on the fourth floor. The door man did offer to press the elevator button for us that was the extent of their service. When we checked in of course they said there was no rooms with a double bed and made it quite clear they had no intent on accommodating us just pointed at the coupon saying if available. The rooms had 2 single beds and very limited floor space. Rooms had fresh wall paper and looked quite clean until we asked for the door adjoining be opened. I am not sure if it was black mold or dirt clearly visible on the carpet and up the walls.The location was good but generally we where very disappointed and unlikely to consider staying another time.

| "We found this hotel is in very good location, close to MTR, right on Tsim Tsa Tsui, where stores all around. However, the room is quite small. There is a renovation on the room on the same floor and thus make some noise in the morning. I found the price is a bit too high on my booking." |

| "OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL. HOWEVER I WAS DISAPPOINTED AS THERE WAS NO VIEW FROM THE BEDROOM. THE ROOMS ARE ADEQUATE FOR A FEW DAYS STAY. I CERTAINLY WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AS THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND MOST HELPFUL. " |
