| "FREE Internet service through the four PC stations on the third floor or in your room if you bought your own laptop computer. FREE breakfast buffet with something for both oriental (congee, rice, fish dumplings) and non-oriental (oatmeal, toast, cereal) guests. Friendly and helpful staff. FREE local telephone calls, even though the sign in your room says HK$2.00. EXCELLENT location including close access to the MTR and A21 Airport bus. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only minor complaint - low water pressure toilet in my room required multiple flushing." |

| "the room is fantastic considering the small amt of price we paid. i think the most important thing is to not go there with any expectations, and then u'll b greeted with lots of satisfaction! :) the staffs there are really helpful, especially the bellboy (this honest chap who refused our tip initially). Breakfast if not fantastic thou, but it realli is not a problem. Chamber service is great too, nothing much to complain abt this hotel, would definitely recommend it to all :)" |

| "Room - ok, with necessary facilities (TV, internet access in room if you bring your own laptop) bathroom is quite spacious
Staff - friendly and helpful
Location - superb. near to MTR, airport bus station, 7-11 right beside it (left side), eatery also right beside it (right side), and many small eateries (offering different kinds of food) all around the hotel. Night market just 5 mins walk from hotel, and shopping centers and areas are also very close to hotel
Bonus - free breakfast, free laundry, free internet access (in lobby), free skype to call internatiional" |

| "everything was fine even though the room was a bit small. The only complaint is the hotel soap in the bathroom. I have an allergy to fragrance and perfume and it was way too strong on the soap had to buy some soap in a nearby cosmetics shop." |

| "i was surprised that the hotel room was so big, considering i booked for 3 people and had expected to have to sleep in just one bed. we had 3 separate single beds and lots of space to move around still.
i was very impressed with the service (reception, bell boy, and cleaners) as well as the facilities the hotel offers. free internet use is a bonus considering many other hotels make you pay ridiculous amounts.
i would definitely recommend the Evergreen Hotel and will no doubt stay there in the future." |

| "If you are looking for affordable basic accommodations in Kowloon, Evergreen Hotel is the perfect choice. The location is very accessible from the MTR subway station. If you don't mind walking, you can even walk to it from the Airport Express Kowloon Terminal. There is free use of laundry machine and dryer although you may have to wait for your turn. There are computers you can use for free to access the internet. The breakfast was all you can eat. The menu did not change during our 5-day stay but I am not complaining because it was good and it was included in the room rate." |
