| "It is a no frill hotel so that sets the expectation.. Its USP lies in its location (near the MTR & lots of local eatery), staff are service orientated & helpful." |

| "We knew the hotel was quite old so we didn't expect too much. But its value for your money and very near shopping areas, especially granville rd. The towels were a bit tattered, amenities and room was ok. The hotel only has 4 non-smoking floors, the rest are all smoking, so i don't recommend this hotel if you're travelling with kids or senior citizens. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the most part and will definitely stay there again on our next trip." |

| "Clean and cosy, reasonable sized room. Hotel security feels OK. Location is fabulous (3 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station).
Complimentary bus shuttle operated by Airport Express Train Co from Kowloon station to hotel every 25 mins !!!
No bellhops to help carry luggage/show you to room. Kettle/fridge in room - but no complimentary tea/coffee/sugar satchets; which can be slightly annoying in the nite.
But still I was quite happy with stay, and would certainly stay here again." |

| "It was alright...not what we were expecting. The only positive thing was it was right in the heart of Kowloon. It's pretty awesome because as soon as you step out of the hotel bars and shops where sooo close to each other. Temple Street Market, the Museum and the whole TST was very accessible. A good place to stay if you're on a budget. " |

| "This is a no frills hotel in a fabulous location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Staff is polite. Breakfast is ok but not great. One room had a plumbing problem, so we were moved to another room. Room was quiet and bed was firm." |

| "The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, train station, airport shuttle etc. I found the facilities very basic and the room was average - however the price is more expensive that other 3 star hotels in the area, and I didnt think it was great value for money. On the web site, the overview states that there is an open air pool, and that is the reason we booked the hotel - but no pool! Overall a pretty average no fills hotel for the budget traveller, and not great value for money. " |
