Rooms: my sugestion to ask only for a room with a view to the water and hk.
Location ok , there is a shuttel bus every 30 min.

| "The manager on duty the day we arrived was just fantastic, as we had experienced a major upset on the way to the hotel. He was skilled at addressing stressed travellers and went out of his way to placate me.
The promenade breakfast was really varied and well presented, though we found the serving staff there rather gloomy and remote.
Our room had not been vacuumed well when we arrived - indeed, we found an empty coke bottle when we arrived, under some furniture, and that bottle was still there 3 days later! We even scraped up the dust with our shoes that was behind the door - to alert the cleaning sataff - to no avail. No cleanliness problems in other areas. The cleaning/ Pool staff were very pleasant and friendly, and we felt that as we had been treated so well overall, we did not complain, though I did complete the guest questionnaire form that was left indicating the above. ALL in all a good experience and I would certainly repeat a stay there." |

| "Nice hotel for families with a gorgeous pool area. The hotel was a little far out and the breakfast was very expensive. However the area is a nice, safe family area with a few restaurants and cafes around the area.Fab service and very clean." |

| "even if not in the city centre this excellent hotel is linked to hong kong island with a ferry station right under its building and to tsim sha tsui with a complementary bus departing every 30 minutes." |
