When we arrived, our room had been recently used. One of the managers moved us to another room that was as we had requested but the whole process took over an hour and we were very tired and it was too late to get a proper dinner in their restaurant. We were quite upset. The manager arranged for us to have complimentary breakfast all three mornings on the Executive floor as a gesture because of our trouble. That was nice. It's a beautiful hotel and afterward the fairly spacious room was kept beautifully. Bathrooms are lovely- all marble with hair dryers and phone extensions. We didn't really enjoy the very expensive dinner we had in their gourmet restaurant (we chose it because the concierge was not so helpful). The free hotel shuttle took us into Tanchattsui to shop or to dine or whatever and had a very frequent pick up schedule, so that was very convenient.

| "I booked two rooms for me and my family. One was a courtview room and the other was a harbourview room. The view from the harbour view room was excellent and well worth the extra cost. The location was superb; there were plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity and easy access to the Hung Hom ferry dock. Taking a ferry across Victoria Harbour is one of the inexpensive pleasures of Hong Kong. This is my third visit to Harbour Plaza and I would definitely stay here again." |

Location ok , there is a shuttel bus every 30 min.
