| "Over all not a bad hotel. The only thing that put me off was at check out. They had charged me for internet I did not use. When I brought it to their attention they could care less. Charged me anyway. Room is small but had a good view. A little out of the way. Had to take a hotel shuttle to get to eating and metro." |

| "Quiet area, service staff are polite and helpful. Convenient shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Short walk away from Hung Hom station where you can get some quick bites/ shopping.
Good for families who might not do shopping till the wee hours of the night, since the return shuttle bus last timing is around 11pm.
It's not too far from the harbour, so people feeling adventurous can go for a early morning jog.." |

| "In a great location for access to the train station.A twin, non smoking room was not available. This caused some inconvenience.The hotel foyer & dining areas were very noisy.One of us is a vegetarian, and this posed some difficulties with the variety and availability of food. overall not a great experience." |
