We stayed at Holiday Inn hotel twice within one month.The first time was for one night, we were asked to wait for a couple of hours for the room to be prepared although we arrived after 2 pm, but then after some discussions they agreed to give us a better room to keep us satisfied.
the room was acceptable.
the second time the room was totally below average, the carpets were extremely dirty and there were banging and drilling noises all the time because of renovations going on in the hotel...although we were given this room on the third floor instead of higher floors to be away from the noises as promised by the receptionists, which turned out to be wrong.
the best thing and maybe the only good thing in Holiday Inn Gold Mile is its great and very convenient location.
i also liked its nice big lobby.
otherwise..all in all...it was below my expectations.
Despite that, since the renovations were for sure only for a certain period of time , i wont mind going back to Holiday Inn,,as long as they change their carpets!,,,,,thanx
