I had one of the worse experiences during my last stay. I did an early check out and had my luggage stored in the concierge room. When I checked my bags, I noticed my biggest luggage to be missing. I immdiately inquired with the concierge and asked where my missing luggage was. They acted as if it was a mystery to them, when all these time, they knew it was missing, for they showed me a paper in their hand of the name and type of suitcase that I was missing. They did not only have the descency to inform me, but when I asked the manager on duty (a lady), she was rude and shouting at me for even reporting the incident to her, telling me they could not do anything about it. They said it was mistakenly taken by someone else, instead of being apologetic and concerned, they were very rude. To make matters worse, I had a flight within 2hrs and a half to catch so I could not wait any longer. Good thing the luggage got to me in time, but I vouch NEVER TO STAY in this hotel again!!!

| "My wife, myself and our 2 teenage sons stayed 3 nights at the Golden Mile and enjoyed our stay. The rooms while a bit small, were well fitted and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable which was a relief after coming from 2 weeks in Vietnam on very hard beds at most hotels.
The location is great, unless you want a harbour view, as its in the heart of Nathan Road shopping strip and right next to the MRT subway which will take you anywhere in minutes. It would have been great if the roof top pool had windows on the sides so there was a view of some sort, but it was very nice to relax in anyway.
The restaurant and room service was very good with a large variety of foods to choose, but was quite pricey, especially the buffet breakfast which is ridiculously expensive.
Reception staff are very helpful and friendly, but as its a very busy hotel it can take a few minutes to get attention.
Would I stay here again.....probably.
Would I recommend it to friends??? Of course. " |

| "Well done holiday inn,our stay was perfect.The rooms were more than big enough and with every thing you would need.The buffet breakfast was just superb in there new dining room and catered for all tastes.Even if your not staying at this hotel go for the breakfast you will not be disappointed.The gym has lots of new equipment and fantastic pool area on the top floor.When back in hong kong i will go back for sure. " |
