I was disappointed in the size of the room, especially the bathroom which really needed an overall refurbishing.In fact, the complete decor,of the room,needed modernising.The tea and coffee making facilities also need to be brought up to at least a reasonable standard of similiar hotels in the area.
It was also disappointing to learn, that there was no breakfast.
The daily service of the room was quite good, but little extras such as an iron, extra towels or pillows, etc are not provided.
The position of the hotel on Nathan Road,as well as the many hawkers outside constantly, day and night, is a real negative point.

| "This hotel is probably the worst one I have stayed in. I know the rooms in most Hong Kong hotels are small, however our room was ridicules. Everytime we wanted to move we had to juggle our luggage around. I would only stay here again if the street was my only other option." |

| "The hotel was very good for our needs, our only complaint would be that the room was very cold. We realise that the weather outside was unusually cold for Hong Kong but perhaps there should be some contingency for such weather. Portable radiators would probably be the safest form of heater. Extra blankets were available but these were only of limited value.
Location was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
We would certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and hope to return in the not too distant future." |
