Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
The best plus about this hotel is the location - near MTR station and along the main Nathan road. The only detraction about the location is due to its neighbour, who seems to house some dodgy activities in the evening. So for visitors who exit the hotel and go north along Nathan Road, beware of aggressive touts along the way. The only thing i was unhappy with my stay in this hotel is that even though i used an International Calling Card to make calls back home, which is supposed to only generate local call charges, the hotel insisted on charging me the exorbitant IDD charge, saying that their policy (which was not explicitly stated upon registration) is to treat all ICC calls as IDD calls. So visitors beware, make your ICC calls using public phones outside!

"Actually the best that can be said about this hotel is that their location is the best location ever. I read some feedback from hotel guests before and they said the cramped place was really irritating and that the hotel was dirty and old, and some of them even complained about the renovation. However when we stayed there the renovations were done and the hotel was in ok condition. The room were not really cramped though the bathrooms need improvement. All in all, it was ok. "

"room is small, paint smell is terrible, and room is not clean too. the only advantage is its close proximity to mtr. "

"dont expect any service from the frontline staff. they are very unfriendly and unhelpful. room is small. location is ok. but for the amount you are paying, you can probably try another better hotel."

"Theres no better location in HK, for shopping. but, too small, and too expensive for the service they offer. Overall, good stay."

"This hotel is probably the worst one I have stayed in. I know the rooms in most Hong Kong hotels are small, however our room was ridicules. Everytime we wanted to move we had to juggle our luggage around. I would only stay here again if the street was my only other option."
