| "the attitude of the front desk staffs need to improve alot. when i ask for directions or questions about HK and nearby stores, they just simply answer and ready to walk away. i feel that's not the way especially if you are in the service line. other hotel staffs do not even greet you which surprises me coz this is not the case when i am in other countries. i have travel quite often in asia due to my work and i can say this is the 1st time i encounter such not so friendly hotel staffs." |

| "The location was good due to its proximity to MTR, but the room itself was disappointing. The fridge was inside the bathroom, and was placed on the floor, under the vanity top. The towels were also old. Will not recommend this hotel, unless you have a real budget constraint." |

| "Everything in Hong Kong is tiny.... and it cetainly does not leave out the hotel rooms. But with the Kimberly Hotel, the room was surprisingly big. And with the rate we paid for it i can certainly say that it was money well spent.
It's near Nathan road, near the MTR.. although at that time entrance b was under repair so we had to walk a while to get to the mtr entrance.
Thanks to the hotel my brother and i found a huge variety of restaurants ride outside the entrance, and we got to sample a lot of chinese food there.
It was kinda funny though to find the fridge inside the bathroom, but we hadn't really used it so it was ok i guess.
Let's see... bed was comfy. The room is good for two though, if you add an extra bed it would be too tight.
As for customer service.... it was ok... the usual HK way of greeting... no smile... but i guess it was too much to hope for a warm smile from any people in HK.
