I did enjoy staying at this hotel. It is in a great location, except the road works nearby were not so good. Bathroom was rather small.

"Quiet, Peaceful and romantic. The staff was very helpful when I asked for assistance. The location was perfect for my needs. I will definitely stay here again."

"Good service - clean rooms although carpets needed an update or a steam clean. Overall good value for money."

"One of the few hotels that are able to provide for 3-bed room. Was given a corner room which was quite spacious, in HK's context, and able to accomodate an extra bed and yet have room space to walk about. The extra bed is a mattress laid over a sofa-bed, which is slightly harder than the actual bed but still comfortable for most people. It takes about 15 mins to walk from the MTR to the hotel which can be quite unbearable in the hot summer. Nonetheless, the location is still good for most youngsters who want to save a bit on accomodation without compromising on comfort. The sevice at the reception can be better."

"Location to the nearest MTR is about 7 mins walk. Lots of eating options near the hotel. Mattress is hard and the pillows are too soft. Only one bathrobe is provided though two persons checked-in. Size of the room is bigger than average for a hotel in HongKong. Will consider staying there again."

"the attitude of the front desk staffs need to improve alot. when i ask for directions or questions about HK and nearby stores, they just simply answer and ready to walk away. i feel that's not the way especially if you are in the service line. other hotel staffs do not even greet you which surprises me coz this is not the case when i am in other countries. i have travel quite often in asia due to my work and i can say this is the 1st time i encounter such not so friendly hotel staffs."
