There is no connecting rooms in this hotel as told by the staff. However, we were not informed of this. Otherwise, we would have booked another hotel which caters to our requirement. Not suitable for families with small children. Furthermore only 1 access card/key per room. This is extremely inconvenient for those travelling in pairs or family with children. If one of them falls asleep while the other is out, the only way to get in is to contact the housekeeping.
I've requested for 2 non-smoking rooms for my family but was checked in to the rooms which we believed was for smoking travellers. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were able to detect the pungent smell of the cigarretes. We were only relcated to a non-smoking floor upon request made to the front desk staff.

| "Location is excellent, right around the corner from Jordan MTR and Temple marjet and just off Nathan rd.
Service is pleasant and staff are attentive to your needs. There is a doorman so security is good.
The room I stayed in was small in comparison to other hotels around the world, but you have to remember most Hong Kong hotels have small rooms. Not a problem for me as I was on my own.
Definately would stay here again, room was as nice as you can get for a 3 star hotel in HK, price wise this is considered a bargain, and the location was excellent. Highly reccomended." |
