| "Gateway has been my second home every time i / we visit Hong Kong. I love their bed, pillow and blanket. Clean room & bathroom too. Accessible to shopping areas, MTR stations. Safe location & Outside view has been always pleasing to my eyes. We stayed in the 14th floor this time and the room was newly renovated.
This was my first time to avail service from asiarooms and I am satisfied.
I would definitely go back to Gateway and avail asiaroom's service in one of my next visit to Hong Kong.

| "Every time I go to Hong Kong, I always book my stay in Marco Polo Gateway. I am used to the facilities and conveniences of the place. However, the only inconvenience is having to walk so far to get to the MTR station specially when you have so many things in your hand." |

| "My family and I really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. Everything went well from the bell boy (too bad i didnt get his name)who took our luggages from the shuttle bus until the end of our stay.
The only thing I did not like was the smell in out bathroom. As much as we tried to spray it with diff deodorizers and sanitizers, the bad odor did not go away. The size of the room and bathroom are very good sizes for a country like Hong Kong.
Had a great time in the hotel, very conveniently located to the mall, restaurants, stalls and stores, train, ferry and bus stations.
I am glad I chose Marco Polo Gateway." |

| "My wife and I really prefer Marco polo gateway. We usually stay there. No hassle in terms of location. Very near too at mtr station. Although the hotel is already old, with old fashion keys. Great service is most important and convinience. Thanks." |

| "I had a very pleasant time staying at your excellent hotel.
However i thought that the tartan bar could be more exciting or another bar that business people could relax at the bar and be able to have a cigarette and unwind rather than go outside the hotel.
Overall the service was excellent and i would definitley stay at the hotel again. " |

| "The room and especially the bathroom was very dirty and old. We really got the oldest and worst located room, we had the idea of sleeping in the basement!
Furthermore we heard a lot of noise at night, we think it were mice or rat running around on the ceiling or in the airco canals.
Not happy at all!!" |
