| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |

| "it is an about 30 years old hotel. the room setting is very very old style, when get into the room, u can smell moldy and got marks on carpet.
the seaview room they first gave is absoulutly disappointing.
when we complaint about the smell of the room, the receiption reschedule other room for us. it is better, but becuase of long history of the hotel, not worth it. " |

| "This is an excellent hotel with excellent hotel services. Through my trip in Hongkong, I find that the hotel has the best services and the room is very spacious. Only weakness is the that there is not enough restaurants nearby the hotel, otherwise it will be perfect. Will stay in the hotel if I revisit HK again." |
