Was lucky to get an excellent rate for Marco Polo HK from asiarooms for 2 nights in Sept '05. The lobby is stylish though kind of small. Check-in was typical Hong Kong style - quick, but barely a smile from anyone behind reception. Our standard room had a pool view from the 7th floor, was quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean. The room feels big because the bathroom is very small. Walk-in closet is a novelty, but perhaps a bigger bathroom would fill the space better. No hesitation in recommending Marco Polo Hong Kong.

| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |
