I have used this hotel on several occasion and time and have always been very happy with it. The hotel s’ location was excellent right beside Star Ferries and close to the MTR, Nathan road and Harbour City/ Kowloon shopping. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious enough for two person. Also close to a variety of bars and restaurants. Excellent standard hotel. We had a harbour view room. Wish to stay again after all works are finished. There was a comments about service, due to road construction, hotel entrance is not fully useable, front doorman there need to assist clients more upon arrival and departure especially those with luggage.

| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |
