Our stay was wonderful in a great hotel, although
we already knew this from the past.
The only complaint we have is that the internet-connection was not as expected.
The homepage of the Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel
pushed away our normal startpage completely.
Even when we arrived at Hangzhou China, we had trouble
with this.
May be this can be changed in future.

| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |
