I upgraded my reservation to a harbour view room thus my high ratings for the hotel. Among the harbour city hotels it has the best harbour view. Service though needs improvement particularly when checking in and for room service. Location is perfect because it is near the star ferry and Peking or Haiphong roads which connect it to the MTR stations at Nathan road are short, safe and lined up with interesting stores.

| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |
