Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at the hotel because we stayed during the week of the "Germanfest," with an unbelievably loud "oompah" band playing outside our room from 7-11 p.m. It completely destroyed what would have been a romantic anniversary of our marriage. We had a great view of the harbor and had paid a premium price for the room, and I felt we were cheated. The band was not even very talented and there were few people there to listen. I don't understand why the hotel sponsors this. My wife and I come to Hong Kong every year as do our professional colleagues, before going to Guangzhou.

| "The room was very nice, cleanliness good and location perfect. Unfortunately the pool area was being upgraded and out of use, thus building works going on from early morning. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known that the pool was not in use. Staff could do with training on friendlines and helpfulness." |
