| "WHAT SPOILED A GOOD EXPERIENCE WAS THE FACT THAT A CHEAP CON BY PUTTING THE COMPLIMENTRY BOTTLED WATER IN THE BAR FRIDGE AND THE EXPENSIVE BOTTLED WATER IN THE BATHROOM WHERE YOU WASH YOUR TEETH. ONE WOULD EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR GOODS TAKEN OUT OF THE MINI BAR AND NOT FROM THE BATHROOM WHERE ALL OTHER HOTELS LEAVE COMPLEMENTRY BATHROOM AMENETIES LIKE HAIR BRUSH, TOOTH PASTE AND PLAIN BOTTLED WATER. NOT THE OTHER WAY ARROUND SO AS TO TRIKE THE TRIRED AND UNWARY TRAVELLER. I HOPE THE $68.00 THAT I WAS CHARGED WHEN MY WIFE UNAWRILY OPENED WATER IN THE BATHROOM TO BRUSH HER TEETH IS GOING TO MAKE THE DIFFRENCE TO YOUR BUSINESS AS I THING IN THE LONG RUN IT WILL LOSE MINE." |

| "This is the 2nd time in 2 years that I've stayed at the Marco Polo Prince. They've recently changed the lobby design, unfortunately for the worse it seems. The lobby now seems even smaller.
HOWEVER, the room is still fantastic. Huge for Hong Kong standards, great service, brilliant bathroom, outstanding location in Tsim Tsa Tsui with easy access to everywhere you need to be. Close to China First Ferry Terminal too, so it was a breeze lugging all my luggage to Macau.
Will probably be the only hotel in HK I will ever stay in, even in future visits." |

| "We booked and fully-paid for 3 Suite Rooms, upon checking-in at 1100am, we were told that our room was going to be available at 2pm and only 1 room was available, the other 2 rooms will be available at 5pm. When we got our 1st room (Suite 1316) and after turning on the air-conditioning for a couple of hours it started leaking, wetting the carpet at the main door - terrible. And you can hear it dripping loudly while watching tv so we had to just turn it off.
The ambiance of the room was very old, not to mention the outdated door keys (should be replaced with card keys). Since we were staying in a Suite room...the doorbell can hardly be heard inside the bedroom and there was no telephone in the hall of the hotel floor.
Check-out was also time consuming (no express check-out), they asked us to wait in the hotel lobby while inspecting the room. Totally an unpleasant experience waiting in the very small lobby without enough seats since there was 8 of us and 2 children. " |

| "Super buffets for all 3 meals with exceptionally big choice possibilties. If anybody cannot find something suitable for him, it's his own fault !!
Good service, very helpful staff." |

| "Hotel was clean, had great breakfasts that were included with the price which is a huge bonus, very friendly staff who were all eager to help with directions to different places or booking tours. The ONLY negative thing was the beds/pillows were a bit hard. The morning that we checked out I did discover a pillow menu...other than that, this was a great place to stay." |
