"We had problems at booking, with the hotel having no record of our paid stay. Only other thing would be traffic noise, but that is Hong Kong"

"Has a very good location esp if u r interested in Hua Yuan Jie (Fa Yuen Street) which I feel the things sold there are far cheaper than Ladies Street or Temple Street. "

"My wife, daughter and I stayed at this hotel from March 23 to March 25, 2008. On the 2 days that we stayed there, my daughter got bitten by bugs all over hands and face. Upon check out, we showed it to the front desk and she called the manager to take notes. The manager asked us where we have been and inform us that this never happened before. I told them that there is no way that she could have bitten elsewhere since she complained in the middle of the night when we already sleeping. Good thing that there was a pharmacy in front of the hotel that closes quite late. The manager offered us nothing and instead ask us what we wanted them to do. The least they could do is offer us an apology or maybe a discount to compensate. I wasn't happy about this place at all. The rooms were really small. No bigger than a walk in closet. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the MTR is located right in front. Otherwise, there is not much to see around. The night market is about 15 to 20 minutes walk so I wouldn't suggest this to a family with small kids."
