"When I arrived the hotel before lunch time, the staff asked me to come back after an hour, when we came again around 1.30pm, we waited up to 2:30pm. The reason was the staff would like to give me a bigger standard room bec. she saw that I have kids, she knows that kids do need more spaces. I would like to thank her for her understanding. We enjoyed staying in Nathan Hotel, this was the second time we stayed. The price is not that expensive during this season (May). The staffs are polite. We just discovered that the hotel room don't have wifi, so we could not check internet inside the hotel room. Thank you."

"I stayed there for 5 days in the deluxe room. Though it is not too big, but I find the size just nice for a couple. The switches are automated by a electronic equipment found beside the bed hence it's easy for stayers to change the room settings. Very good location which is surronded by vast variety of hong kong food and shopping street. A short walk to the MTR. Very helpful and friendly receptionists who provide clear directions to the place we want to go. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This is was my first oversea trip along with the girls so I was pretty nervous about the hotel choice. Fortunately, Nathan hotel is amazing! The customer service is EXCELLENT! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful - even the lady that comes around to clean our room everyday. I liked the fact that the hotel provided new toothbrushes and toothpaste everysingle day since we totally forgot to bring ours..hehhe.The room were very comfortable and clean - furniture were not as old as we thought...which was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to HongKong - will get an upgrade for sure!!"

"location and room size were quite good. most of the staff also friendly. However, as we had 2 small small children with us, Ir equested for extra towels, but was turned down at the desk. That was surprising, and really spoil the mood throughout. We were there for 3 nights, and though location was great, the friendliness can be improved."

"Nice location, stuff was very helpful and friendly. The roof bar is a nice place to relax. Only a few minutes to the Temple market. I guess room size is good for Hong Kong. The room was clean, I can recommend this hotel. "

"overall, location is quite good. rooms are fairly spacious and breakfast was ok. Hotel is a little old. However the greivance we had was the duty manager Benny Poon, when we arrived. He didn't smile one bit, maybe becoz we are not caucasians. And we requested for one extra bath towel, we were denied flat out straightaway. "Double room means 2 towels, no extra allowed" unless we pay extra. HK has improved tremendously in service, but I think this older chap is from the previous generation, do not even acknowledge most guest with a smile when they past. Left a bad impression indeed."

"Friendly staff, excellent place, thank you for accomodation. We can warmly reccomend."

"My family first free and easy trip to Hong Kong has a wonderful start when we receive warm welcome by the hotel. We arrive 3 hours before check in and the hotel safe keep our luggage so that we can proceed with our city roaming and lunch. Our room was upgraded without requesting and it is real value for money. The location is near Jordon MTR and in the heart of city. An ideal hotel for family traveller. However, not a romantic hotel for lovers..."

"My search for the perfect hotel is always based on fellow traveller reviews, so after going thru asiaroom reviews for various hotels, Nathan turned out to be a great choice. I have never been to Hong Kong before so can't comment on room size, but ours was perfect, we had enough place to dump our luggage, and walk around comfortably. Bathroom was a tad small, but this was more coz we had just stayed in Rio Macau and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was good, but for someone who prefers halal food, u can rely only on the eggs n maybe the chicken salami ;-) for shopping addicts, this place is great coz u r right in the centre of the market n its great fun walking around, Temple Street Market n Ladies Market are close enuff to walk down to, we had a bit of trouble finding places to eat, then realised they r just off the main road, maybe high rentals. Jordan MTR is a 5 min walk, 8 mins if u are a bit slow. We took a cab to Kowloon MTR coz we were lazy, and it worked out to 28 HKD which I found quite cheap. All in all, I loved the Nathan and if ever I were to make a trip back, I would most definitely stay here."

"All was good especially the room size. Really spacious for a hotel room in HK, even Langham Place pales in comparison as I stayed there in my last trip. The buffet breakfast was however not as attractive as most buffets other hotels offer. Very limited variety and service staff at restaurant was not very helpful. Other than that, quite a worthwhile hotel to stay in."
