| "Hotel is located at Industrial area, but perfect for me for personal reason. The room was nice and clean. Internet was ready and provided. Even though I don't mind not having a swimming pool but lacking an exercise room seems missing something. I didn't try the dinning room but there are plenty of restaurants around especially the nice mall, APM, not too far from it." |

| "Very nice hotel and close to a nearby MTR station so only 30 minutes at most to Central station.
Good for business travellers and for budget travellers and very helpful and friendly staff." |

| "This hotel is new but the location was quite far from the MTR. The MTR was also 9 stops away from Mongkok. But it allows me to explore another part of Hongkong which I had never been there before. There is a cafe near the Hotel which sells local food. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and tidy. However, the view was not very nice as it was situated in an industrial area." |

| "THIS HOTEL IS NICE, THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, EXCEPT THE LOCATION. IT IS LOCATED IN A FACTORY ROAD, AND IT TOOK US QUITE A LONG WAY TO GO SHOPPING. IF YOU'RE FOLLOWING A TOUR, THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT. BUT IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING YOURSELF... NO WAY.. BUT THIS HOTEL IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND BIG, AND I MAY COME AND STAY... IF I AM GOING TO HONG KONG BY TOUR." |

| "My stay to Newton Place Hotel in HK was good, I have appreciated very much the new building (or it's recent restore), finding a good service, absolute clean room and bathroom. The hotel is only 5 mins walking from metro station (Ngao Tau Kok) but a little far from airport..... Anyway I have enjoyed my stay there also cause the courtesy and efficience of the staff... obtaining always exausting answers to my questions and request of needs...." |

| "we booked in this hotel from aug 17-20, 2007. We are a family of 3 . It was an exciting experience, at first we thought its kinda far from tsim sha tsui or monkok. we discovered that its just 1 ride going to harbor city few mins. ro monkok by bus ride and they provide shuttle too which we missed to avail. anyway, we had so much fun especially the kids. Our room was facing the scenery of hongkong and the old runway of kai tak airport. the pictures they featured in the internet is what exactly u see. Rooms are bigger as compared to hotels in kowloon side for the price, its perfectly worth it. Oh another things since it was just like 2 mos. old they dont have resto or cafe on the hotel uhave to walk to mcdo or to millenium city for food or better yet theres a chinese resto at the back of the hotel sad thing the menu is allwritten in chinese so i have to show pix at their display outside the resto.. Its cool! highly recommended. shopping in honkong is expensive better yet go to divisoria or 168 for bargains. If u want some signature items like louis vuitton, gucci, and the like..its worth buying there.. " |
