| "We checked in to 2 rooms on the 20th May, we were pleased to be informed that we were upgraded to the business floor. When we arrived to the room the room was a twin room and smelt like smoke. We called reception and they informed us that it was a non- smoking room and that we were in a twin room as there no double bedrooms available. This was fair enough but we would have appreciated it if we were told that we were upgraded due to there not being double beds.
We also wanted to re-arrange our second night stay to another date as we were joining a last minute tour to China. The hotel was unhelpful and said that we would have to deal with the agent we booked with. We sent numerous emails so Asiarooms and they were saying that the hotel were unable to do change the date. So we could not comprehend who could help us. We ended having to check out and losing our 2 rooms on the second night.
We needed to gain access to the internet, and this was at the business centre. Prices were very expensive for just 1 hour!" |

| "Enjoyed staying here very much. Room was good quality and very spacious only criticism was the carpet had seen better days and was badly stained in places. Excellent bathroom with a great shower.
Superb view of the harbour and Hong Kong Island, a great location just off the main shopping area that kept it quiet but no more than 20 mins walk from anywhere.
Very friendly and available staff with English spoken, would stay here again and can't say more than that." |

| "Hotel is quite far away from MRT. But shuttle bus from Airport Express (Kowloon Station) is available." |

| "Although I did not make full use of the facilities of the Hotel they were all there and available for use. I location is ideal if you wish to shop in Kowloon and also just a short walk to get the Star Ferries across to Hong Kong Island. They staff are very efficient and friendly. The room was a very good size, there was two of us in our party with plenty of luggage and space was never an issue. The room was kept very clean as was the rest of the Hotel. We had great vies of Victoria Harbour where you could see the buildings on Hong Kong Island in all their glory at night. The next time I get to Hong Kong I would check this Hotel out again as at night time it was very calm and easy for a good nights sleep and the air conditioning help keep you cool." |

| "The service was exemplary. The staff were polite and very helpful. The restaurants were excellent, particularly Les Celebrites (although one had to eat a little earlier than preferred, since it closed at 9:30)and Toh Lee. The location was ideal for access to Nathan Road and the Star Ferry and there were many good shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel." |

| "Before taking this trip we read a mix of reviews, some very unpleasant and so we were unsure what to expect from the Nikko.
We were pleasantly surprised and could find no fault at all. We knew and liked its location - close enough to central Kowloon and its nightlife but still in a quiet location.
The hotel lobby is large and comfortable with plenty of lifts. Our room was comfortable clean and well prepared. Rooms cleaned daily. Room facilities were good.
We didn't breakfast there, but we did have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Good, but not great, if you are keen on Japanese food.
In terms of star ratings I believe this hotel struggles a little to reach 5* as some parts are a little dated. If you want to stay at real 5* stay at the Peninsular which we visited - very plush indeed and of-course much more expensive.
We would certainly stay at the Nikko again." |

| "The Hotel Nikko is a gem amongst the hustle of Hong Kong. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very big for Hong Kong standards. A family of four would be very comfortable at this hotel. The only draw back is that it is not in central Tsim Sha Tsui. But, you can utilized the underground tunnel or take the free shuttle into central Tsim Sha Tsui." |
