| "Great value for money. Clean, well appointed rooms with digital control for room lighting and other facilities. All the usual toiletries (with slippers included!) Great location in Tsim Tsa Tshui.
Excellent service.
This is where I would stay wach time I go to HongKong. " |

| "I only booked in Park Hotel because my first choice was fully booked. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was better. It is very near restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The rooms were bigger and cleaner. The staff were very helpful, lending us umbrellas during one rainy morning. We would defintely stay in this hotel next time we visit Hong Kong.
My only comment is that the TV channels are very limited in this hotel. There are only 2 to 3 English channels. " |

| "This Hotel has an excellent location. My family had a great time staying there. Checking in and out were smooth and fast. Room is just renovated hence new and clean. The lifts to our floor are all working and very quick. Transportation and food are just short walking distance away. Very Convenience..." |

| "The pictures that we saw in the website was entirely different from what we had. The cupboard was small and all fixtures not built on. The condition was not as new as in the website. We thought they had renovated all the rooms; that's why we book it.
The reservations officer did not know that we book for 3 Adults and wanted to give us a Queen bed only. Fortunately, another experienced staff assisted and gave us a King bed and an extra bed which looked like it was not being used for a long time. Room was very small. Not worth paying S$249 per night.
The next thing is that the staff were not very familiar of the nearest family doctor. They recommended us to one who charged high as it was located inside an office building. We realized there was one cheaper located diagonally opposite Park Hotel but it was too late.
The floor and fittings of the bathroom are not very clean. So as the base of the lamp in the bedroom. They need to brush up their cleanliness.

| "They have upgraded me to a premium room at no extra cost. The room is very big and clean as they have just renovated the hotel. We found that there are bed bugs on which I was bitten when our stay in there for 2 nights. Overall the location and room is good. " |

| "Recently renovated, the rooms are pretty new and big by Hong Kong standards. The bathroom is quite big as well. Most importantly, the room is clean, very comfortable and the service is good and prompt. I stayed there with my mum and she simply loved the hotel. She kept on raving to my Hong Kong relatives on how great the place was. The chambermaid was so sweet and attentive to even the smallest detail - she had placed our bedroom slippers nicely side by side next to the beds... as we were in a rush to get out earlier on, we had the slippers messed up all over the place. Great location too, right in the middle of town, shopping and eateries right next to the hotel. In fact, my mum, being a early bird, woke up at 6am and had breakfast at 7am. So all in all, we were very happy with Park hotel. " |

| "Room & bathroom is clean, tidy & spacious, given that HK's land is expensive. Location is convenient, about 5 mins walk to nearest MTR and 10 mins walk to KCR. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Although renovation is still on-going at lower floors, no noise is heard at our room at 10th floor.
Value for $$$." |
