| "The hotel location is very good, close to shopping (upscale and low-end), restaurants (fast food and casual dining), and also very accessible by MTR and bus. It is walking distance to a lot of the common places we usually go to.
For a weekend pleasure trip, this hotel is a good place to stay in, for the price we paid, they have average facilities." |

| "Reception was slow and the clerk was doing two jobs whilst booking as in using our Credit Card, which gave us some concern. We were not told about any facilities offered by the hotel including either the Hotel Airport Shuttle or the Airport Flyer, which we used very succesfully." |

| "The location is good as it's smack right in the middle of Nathan Road. So regardless if you are going further into Kowloon or going to HK Island, staying at Prudential is right on. The rooms are renovated nicely and very spacious.
Everything is fine with this hotel except the service from the front desk. The reception and reaction from them is less than desired. I won't say that they are rude but cold and unfriendly. When my wife and I checked in, there was no welcome, greeting or even a hello. I was the one who said hello to the man at the front desk. He managed a weak smile. I just handed my booking form to them and the man took it without any thank yous. The only reply from him to me was my room number and that's it. I must say that it wasn't a good start to my 2nd honeymoon but my wife and I chose to disregard this small incident.
On the 2nd day, we have to find a certain restaurant that serves very good dim sum, but we had trouble locating it as the only clue we have is that it's between Yau Ma Tei and Mongkok MTR stations. I approached the front desk to ask for me information. I was again not greeted. I told the man who was looking rather impatient about the restaurant name and he just replied "Mongkok" and walked away. I wasn't even finished asking yet and he just walked off and joined his colleagues in some free time banter. I was taken aback by this and had an intention to speak to the manager. My wife then pulled me away and told me to forget it. I thought it was rather rude of the front desk to treat their guests in this manner.
Overall, I came back to this hotel as it's strategically located and Jordan MTR station is just right below the building. But I think I would rather stay somewhere else and avoid this kind of treatment. " |

| "Everything is alright except the hotel lobby a little small. The only way going to the hotel lobby is through the escalators in the shopping center.
Have to go through many floors in order to reach the lobby. And if we are coming back late the escalators would have stopped so lots of steps to climb. Not so good for old people. Other then that hotel service is good. The location is convenient as it is near the MTR. Lots of cafes and eating place opposite and around the hotels as well. " |

The chambermaid was very hospitable and courteous as well. " |
